Victoria and Hillbilly Bar

This is the front of Chateau Victoria, our hotel. This view is from the front of our hotel looking toward Douglas St. The sculpture at our hotel's fountain. Good fishing dog! A cool building. An old church on Douglas St. Now we are at John's Hillbilly Bar… opened in 1962 for World's Fair. They hang bras up here instead of cut-off ties. The bar was supposed to be just for the World's Fair, but became a tourist attraction. Who knows how old some of this stuff is?? Lots of dollar bills stapled to the ceiling with messages. I see a fresh US dollar. Quite inferior this year since our dollar is quite devalued.
