A big lathe.This is in the kitchen. 80 gallon kettles are along the right.They had some fake navy bean soup in one of the kettles.Big equipment requires big sinks.
A bank of fryers.Steam table and serving line to far right.There was also a smaller galley area for the officers.Convection ovens line the wall.
